Really happy with Tanglewood taking care of our precious cat whilst we were away. They seemed genuinely caring of her and very open about where she would be staying and even brought me to her so I could see. Definitely booking Tanglewood again! Thank you for putting my mind at ease!

I have used this cattery many times and have always been greeted with outstanding care from the staff, nothing is too much trouble even on last minute bookings. My cats have always stayed here and they go above and beyond to look after them.After some recent travel delays they kept the gates open and had the cats ready for pick up …. really appreciated them!

Our cat has stayed with Tanglewood for a few years now over the summer holidays. We know he is getting cared for there. When we left him with other catteries he would come home very stressed, however, none of that with Tanglewood. Fantastic staff, lovely arrangement of lodges and all other boarding options. We will happily have our cat stay there again for our next time away, knowing he is well cared for.

Polite, knowledgeable people. The accommodation is great, and the location is relaxed. Our cat “Chuck” has stayed there a few times, and comes back relaxed and happy.
